EMMA Arena Maintenance Worker - Temporary

The Regional District of East Kootenay has an excellent opportunity for a qualified and motivated individual to work within the Environmental Services Department as an Arena Maintenance Worker (temporary) commencing the middle of November, 2017.  Under the supervision of the Recreation Services Supervisor, the Arena Maintenance Worker performs a variety of tasks related to the operation and maintenance of the Eddie Mountain Memorial Arena.

This is a temporary Union position with an hourly rate of $23.89.  Hours may vary from 20 to 40 hours per week.  Qualified individuals interested in this opportunity are invited to forward a resume including a cover letter, in confidence, prior to 4:30 pm, Wednesday October 25th, 2017 to:

RDEK Representative - Cranbrook Public Library Board

The Regional District of East Kootenay (RDEK) is looking for one person to represent Electoral Area C as a Trustee on the Cranbrook Public Library Board.

To be considered for the position, an applicant must be a resident or elector of Electoral Area C and cannot be an employee or elected official of the RDEK or the Library Board.  This volunteer position is for a two year term to run from December 4, 2017 to December 31, 2019.

If you are interested, please submit a letter of application and brief resume including reasons for your interest and related experience to Shannon Moskal, Corporate Officer, at the RDEK.
