  • Board Meetings and follow-up to Board decisions

  • bylaws - service establishment, loan authorization, security issuing, regulatory

  • cemetery establishment

  • Columbia Basin Trust funding

  • economic development

  • elections and other voting

  • electoral area administration

  • emergency programs

  • hospital district

  • human resources

  • natural gas extension financing

  • recreation facilities

  • street lighting

  • treaty advisory
