Strategic Priorities

Each year, the RDEK Board of Directors meets with the management team to establish priority projects for the upcoming year.

All Directors bring a list of initiatives they hope to achieve in the coming year and with input from the Managers, priority projects are discussed and narrowed down. The final strategic priorities chart is then prepared and presented to the Board for further review and adoption.
