Health Connections Transit

Health Connections is a transit service that links residents of outlying communities with non-emergency medical and specialist appointments in Cranbrook. While medical appointments are given priority, the service is available to all passengers when space permits.

The Health Connections bus serves all communities along the route; however, trips must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. When booking, the transit operator will provide your pickup location and time.

When scheduling medical or specialist appointments, please advise the office that you will be travelling by Health Connections. This helps ensure your appointment is scheduled within a timeframe that allows you to arrive on time and return home on the bus.
