New Watering Hours in Effect

**Effective July 15, 2026 at the request of our bulk water supplier Kinbasket Water and Sewer, new watering hours are in effect for the Holland Creek Water System. These hours align with the Stage 2 watering hours now in effect on their system. CLICK HERE to view**

The community is supplied with potable water by Kinbasket Water & Sewer Company (KWSC). Well source water is chlorinated to protect against contamination within the distribution system should it become compromised. Water is metered by KWSC before entering Holland Creek. The system contains one PRV station which is located just prior to the first connection.

Should you become aware of water system emergency (broken water main, broken hydrant, loss of service, etc.) please call:

An operator will respond and do their best to resolve the issue. This number is for system emergencies only. For water system problems within your residence, please call a plumber.
