The Environmental Services Department is overseen by Manager Kevin Paterson and looks after everything from landfills and recycling programs to parks, arenas, airports and invasive plants, the Environmental Services Department oversees a wide range of services in the East Kootenay that literally stretch from the land to the water to the skies.
