Asbestos is accepted at our three subregional landfills Monday to Friday between 10 AM and 3 PM. Asbestos is one of the hazardous materials associated with construction and demolition waste. See our Construction Waste Acceptance Flowchart.

Residential asbestos disposal is anything less than 5 kg or a homeowner is transporting a load of asbestos directly from their home to the landfill. See below for Residential Disposal Form. This form must be completed and brought to the landfill with the asbestos.

Commercial asbestos disposal requires a Hazardous Waste Manifest for the movement of hazardous waste. Information on where to get a Hazardous Waste Manifest and hauler/generator responsibilities is available in the linked below.
