Moyie Lake Access

Illegal Dock Enforcement - June 2025

The Province will be issuing Trespass Notices on several docks adjacent to Moyie Lake Access. The notices will be placed on the illegal docks starting as early as the week of June 2.  Owners will have 30 days from the date of issuance to voluntarily remove the trespass docks in this area.
This enforcement is only targeting illegal/trespass docks. If the docks are not removed voluntarily within 30 days of the notice being issued, they will be seized by the Province.  For information on this enforcement action, contact: Front Counter BC at 250-426-1766.
