The RDEK is in the process of developing 20 unserviced seasonal campsites at Wycliffe Regional Park, which is 164 hectares in size and one of the RDEK's largest regional amenities. This campground has been created to continue offering an exceptional recreational experience to the public, provide more local camping options, and enhance local offerings. The park is located at 1200 Perry Creek Road.

The new campground is scheduled to open on May 15, 2025. 

There will be 12 tenting or smaller trailer sites (max trailer length 18 feet) and 8 larger sites (max trailer length 32 feet). These sites will be open from mid-May through September annually.

Wycliffe Regional Park has a wide range of amenities, including:

  • hiking and biking trails
  • picnic areas
  • horseshoe pits
  • ball fields
  • top-rated 18-hole disc golf
  • outhouses
  • potable water
  • fire pits

FEES: $30.00 per site/day/camping party

Check-in is 4:00 PM - Check-out is 2:00 PM

Quiet time is from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Maximum stay is 14 days per calendar year.

Campground attendants will confirm your reservation on their rounds.

Camping Party:    
The maximum number of people per campsite is 8. 
Up to 4 people aged 16 years or older plus up to 4 children (15 years of age and younger). 

Vehicles:
One vehicle plus one trailer or RV – parking for other vehicles at Picnic Site #3.

  • Campsites #1 to #8 - Maximum trailer/RV length 32ft
  • Campsites #9 to #20 - Maximum trailer/RV length 18ft

Tents(s) are allowed in addition to one vehicle and trailer or RV.

Pets:
Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times. Please do not allow your dogs to wander off-leash or bark excessively. Pick up after them and dispose of waste in the garbage.

Campfires:
 Allowed in designated fire pits. Notices will be posted if there is a fire ban. Never leave your campfire unattended and always completely extinguish fires when done or leaving your campsite. 

Smoking:         
Smoking in the park is prohibited - except on registered campsites and picnic sites.

Alcohol and Cannabis:     
Consumption of alcohol or cannabis in the park is prohibited – except on registered campsites and at picnic sites under a facility use permit. Permits can be obtained at www.rdek.bc.ca/WycliffeRegionalPark

Firewood:        
Located at Picnic Area #3. Please do not cut vegetation down. 

Generators:     
Permitted between 9:00 am - 11:00 am and 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm. Generators must be placed on designated campsites.

Picnic Sites:        
Picnic sites are first come first served unless reserved under a facility use permit.
